Take Your Own Personal Challenge

While this online system is not yet ready for our individual participants, we have placed the tools to take your own Challenge right on this website.  Click on "Resources"  and review the Playbook then scroll down to "Additional Resources".   There you will find the "Challenge Tracking Form" so you can monitor your progress for eight weeks.

Remember, the goal is to gradually work towards walking 10,000 steps a day AND to eat five cups of fruits and vegetables each day.  Feel free to browse through the other resources including Wegmans.com where you will find a wealth of health and nutrition information.

Reaching your goals doesn't take luck - you can do anything you set your mind to!
