I'm a Team Member

AS A PARTICIPANT OF THE 8–WEEK CHALLENGE,
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO TRACK 3 SIMPLE THINGS:

1.      Your daily steps (and other activities) using a pedometer, and

2.      The number of cups of fruits and vegetables you eat daily.

3.    If you are able to "half plate" at least one meal a day. 

HOW TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE AS AN “ON-LINE USER”

Online Users

  1. Your Team Leader will ask you for your e-mail address.

  1. He/she will send you an invitation by e-mail to that address.

  1. The e-mail will come from info@eatwelllivewell.org.  The subject line will say, “eat well. live well.”  Open the e-mail and follow the instructions to “Click the link below” at the bottom of the e-mail.

  1. You will now see a page where it says “Enter Your E-mail Address.  The e-mail address box will already have your e-mail filled in.  Click the “Continue” button.

  1. The Registration page will display.  In completing the form, remember all fields in red are required while the others are optional.  For the e-mail verification you must retype the address.  You cannot copy and paste into this box.  Choose a password that is at least 6 characters long.  Retype your password into the Password Verification box.  Check the box next to “I have read and understand the Terms of Usage”.  Press the “Register” button.

  1. The “thank you for registering” page will display.  Then check your e-mail again for the second e-mail from info@eatwelllivewell.org with the subject line “eat well. live well.”  This e-mail will contain your login information.  Complete the registration process by clicking on the directed link”.  This will take you a page thanking you for completing the registration process.  Press the “Click here to login to your company site” link.

  1. Login using your username (e-mail address) and password and you’re ready to begin.  In addition to tracking your stats, enjoy surfing the eatwelllivewell.org website!

Off Line Users (for those without computer access)

  1. Inform your Team Leader that you will not be reporting your stats on the computer.

  1. Work with your Team Leader on the process for you to give him/her your weekly stats.

Your Team Leader will enter your stats for you!
